Minato vs Itachi
Origin of Itachi:
Itachi was the first son of Fugaku Uchiha. He was an intelligent child. Itachi's best friend Shisui Uchiha taught him to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan. Itachi joined Anbublackcops at the age of 13. Due to some problems, Itachi was forced to kill his Uchiha clan but he didn't kill his brother Sasuke Uchiha who was the second son of Fugaku Uchiha. From that, Sasuke desired his ambition to kill Itachi. Itachi was finally killed by his brother Sasuke Uchiha in Naruto Shippuden. Itachi is called the God of Genjutsu.
Origin of Minato:
Minato belongs to the Namikaze clan. He was the Fourth Hokage of Hidden LeafVillage. There are no records of Minato's parents and clan. Minato's wife was Kushina. She belongs to the Uzumaki clan. In the fight with 9 tailed beast, Minato sacrifices his soul to seal the beast. Minato finally died in this battle. Minato is called the Yellow Flash of the Leaf.
Itachi's Powers:
Itachi has the power to manipulate someone. Through his left eye, he can cast Tsukiyomi one of the greatest manipulating jutsu in the Naruto Universe. Through his Right eye, he can cast Amaterasu which was a black fire it burns until 7 days and 7 nights. Itachi was a brilliant student. He was the 2nd top scorer. Also, Itachi has Susanoo which was a giant from that under his control. The Susanoo has a Totsuka blade and shield.
Minato's Powers:
Minato has the power to confuse enemies. He has some kunai blades which would help him to move fast this technique has the name Flying Raigin. This technique was created by the 2nd Hokage Tobiram Senju. Minato is also a brilliant student. He was the 1st top scorer, yes he was greater in scorer than Itachi. He has a powerful jutsu Rasengan which was created by him. This Jutsu was inspired by the tailed beast bomb. Minato also has a lot of chakra. In the tailed beast fight Minato said I have only half chakra left. Here Minato refers he has half chakra left, Though he sealed the half 9 tailed beast in him. This refers to half Minato's chakra being equal to half Kurama's (Kurama is the name of 9 tailed beast) chakra. Also, Minato knows most of the secret sealing jutsu of the Uzumaki clan. Minato also has the power to summon a giant frog and the sage mode is one of the greatest form of Minato. And he also bonds with the 9 tailed beast to activate the Tailed Beast Mode.
Conclusion:
Ok, First we clarify that this is a one-and-one battle. If the first attack was cast by Minato. Clearly, we say that Minato's first move is to through the Flying Raigin, so that he can move faster. If the first move was cast by Itachi, we can't clearly say what was the first move of Itachi. Itachi can't able to cast any genjutsu in a perfect sage mode user and a flying raigin user, so genjutsu is not possible. Because if Itachi want to cast genjutsu on an enemy, the enemy wants to look at his eyes. Amaterasu also can't able to cast in a perfect sage mode user and a flying raigin user. All the Powers of Itachi are not able to be cast on Minato except Susanoo. Susanoo is also not possible, because it requires a lot of chakra if Minato doge the Susanoo attacks. Itachi is out of chakra. So, the winner is Minato Namikaze.
